“I have yet to meet an individual who enters therapy that didn’t want relief. I want to help you live life from a place of freedom, beyond temporary relief.”
Trauma Therapy
I believe that trauma is not just something that happened in the past—it lives in the ways we protect ourselves, relate to others, and make sense of who we are. For over 15 years, I have helped adults, adolescents, and couples heal from the effects of trauma, attachment wounds, and difficult life experiences. My approach is warm, relational, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique story. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help clients understand the underlying patterns that keep them feeling stuck and support them in developing greater self-compassion, emotional regulation, and connection. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen, understood, and challenged in ways that promote meaningful growth. Together, we work toward creating lasting change—not just coping, but healing.
Love After Love
The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other's welcome,
and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was yourself.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you
all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,
the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.
