I will always have deep roots and ties to my Nashville, TN community. I started my full-time private practice in 2014 after years of working for treatment centers like The Ranch and Integrative Life Center.  The experience I gained was invaluable and has influenced who I am as a therapist. Working in the field since 2008 I have specialized in eating disorders, addiction, and trauma. I have completed advanced trainings in Comprehensive Resource Model therapy, Brainspotting I and II, and recently Neuro Affective Relational Model Therapy or NARM. I continue to expand my knowledge of how to heal trauma.

The pandemic has impacted my practice in so many ways. The most important is the move to Telehealth therapy for many of my clients. By continuing my training and practice as a trauma therapist, emphasizing the healing past trauma through present moment experience, I have been able to grow as a therapist and help my clients make progress and heal trauma through a virtual platform.
