How Therapy Can Help

Making a decision to commit to therapy is courageous.  Embarking on this journey, you will soon find that in order to make lasting changes in your life, your healing needs to be more than reducing symptoms and harmful behaviors. To be truly free from behaviors and symptoms, underlying issues and traumas need to be addressed.

My approach to therapy focuses on healing the connection to yourself and increasing your conscious awareness so that the blocks and obstacles can be removed. When these blocks are removed you can unlock the sources of your inner strength, self-esteem and confidence. When you are working in therapy in this way, you will experience clearing the impact that painful and traumatic experiences have had on you.

Using a personalized combination of different models of therapy including Comprehensive Resource Model, Brainspotting, DBT, ACT, CBT, experiential and other modalities, you will do the deep work to help reduce behaviors, lower the emotional distress, and stop the disconnection that affects daily life.

Individual Counseling Sessions

75 MINUTES - $150

In order to accommodate busy schedules, I offer sessions in my office four days per week, and sessions via video conferencing. Appointments can be scheduled days, evenings and with some weekend availabilities.
